Groupe d’insertion[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Ingénieur de formation, Laurent Laïk se lance dans l’aventure de l’insertion en intégrant, il y a 22 ans, l’association La Varappe. Sous son impulsion, le modèle évolue très vite et va jusqu’à compter, en 2017, près de 4 000 salariés (1 220 environ en équivalent temps plein) et un taux de sortie positive de 83 %. La Varappe / Optima devient ainsi l’un des principaux opérateurs d’insertion en région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur et étend son action en Occitanie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne et même, depuis peu, Mayotte.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]La Varappe s’est en effet toujours attachée à créer une dynamique économique en se tournant vers des partenaires financiers, dont le premier d’entre eux est France Active Investissement, dès 1999.
En 2008, celle-ci accompagne la création de la holding Optima SAS, en entrant à son capital au côté de la société de gestion Phitrust.
En 2015, elle participe également à une augmentation de capital et à l’émission d’obligations convertibles en vue du rachat de Bourgogne Intérim, permettant alors à Optima de doubler sa taille. France Active Investissement est désormais membre de son conseil de surveillance.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Grâce à ce changement d’échelle, Laurent Laïk se dit prêt à passer à une nouvelle étape. « Notre projet social doit permettre de plus en plus de répondre à la question : comment permet-on vraiment aux personnes de sortir de la précarité ? La réponse est de leur donner un travail rémunéré sur la durée et à temps complet. Notre enjeu, au coeur de notre projet stratégique des cinq prochaines années, est de passer de l’insertion à l’inclusion », conclut-il.
